This job had twenty 3/4 inch holes drilled in the ceiling by a water damage company to drain and dry out the Sheetrock
We had to repair these holes and do some wall repairs. There were some water stains that also had to be dealt with we did any painting. We sealed these water stains on the ceiling and some on the walls using a Sherwin Williams product then patched the twenty holes and fixed the other drywall damage. Then after sanding we sealed the patched areas with a water based primer/sealer.
When all the prep was done we painted the walls two coat and ceiling one with the paint the owner supplied.
